The bidder must confirm that it will not use subcontractors or suppliers covered by the EU Russia sanctions for more than 10% of the contract value. This applies to Russian citizens, residents and entities established in Russia, entities more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by them, and entities acting on their behalf or under their direction. A tender that would result in a contract void under the applicable sanctions legislation will be rejected. The bidder must also confirm that it will not use a subcontractor that would have to be replaced under the applicable procurement law.
