Production and delivery of vehicle documents and legalisation stickers with supporting IT systems

Summary

Wodzislaw County is procuring the production and delivery of vehicle registration legalisation stickers, personalised driver qualification cards and tram-driving permits, international driving permit booklets, and application forms. Maximum quantities are 88,800 sets of registration legalisation stickers, 48 sets of temporary-plate stickers, 96 driver qualification cards, 48 tram-driving permits, 600 international driving permit booklets under each of the Geneva and Vienna Conventions, 200 driver qualification card applications, and 25,000 driving licence applications. The contract also includes IT systems for vehicle and driver-related administrative processes, electronic applications and payments, data storage and support, as well as equipment; deliveries will be made over 48 months from 25 December 2026, with a minimum guaranteed order value of 70%.
