ASQ Survey Services at Valladolid Airport
Summary
Aena is procuring ASQ fieldwork services at Valladolid Airport to survey departing passengers about their satisfaction as part of the Airport Service Quality programme. The work includes planning quarterly samples by airline and destination, conducting approximately 350–360 effective surveys per quarter during airport operating hours, and reporting relevant observations from departure areas. The procurement is for one contract, initially for one year from 1 January 2027, with up to two one-year extensions.
