The bidder must provide the project name and location, a brief description of the works, the building footprint, the completion date, and the client’s name and contact details. The contracting authority may request client confirmation that the works were properly completed.
The bidder must hold an economic activity notification number for construction. Joint bidders must appoint an authorised representative and include the joint bidders’ power of attorney (Form 2). The bidder must identify any trade secrets in the tender and explain why they qualify as such; the tender price and evaluated figures or indicators may not be classified as trade secrets. Pricing must follow the specified structure and Form 1, including the services and work volumes necessary to achieve the contracting authority’s objectives.
