Anaesthesia Machines
Summary
The procurement is for a framework agreement to purchase, install and commission two new anaesthesia machines for Tartu University Hospital. The devices must have a 24-month warranty. For seven years after the warranty period, the supplier must provide preventive maintenance and carry out emergency repairs when ordered. The machines will be installed in the emergency medicine department at L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The bidder must submit the required technical proposal and supporting manufacturer’s technical information or user manual, CE declarations of conformity, evidence of the right to sell the devices in Estonia, and a maintenance plan. The bidder must have at least one service engineer or technician trained by the manufacturer to maintain and repair both devices, and must include the relevant certificates with the bid. Pricing must separately cover the devices and the required delivery, installation and other obligations, seven years of preventive maintenance after the warranty, and 300 hours of repair work. The bid must also include the participation application; joint bidders must submit a power of attorney.
