Maintenance works for lifting equipment at Iru Power Plant

The bidder must confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. The bidder may be excluded if the company or its relevant representatives have been convicted of participation in a criminal organisation, breach of duty of integrity, corruption, fraud, terrorism-related offences, money laundering or terrorist financing; unlawfully employing foreign nationals or violating the conditions of their employment in Estonia, including paying below the statutory wage rate; unlawful use of child labour or trafficking-related offences; outstanding state taxes, duties or environmental charges, or overdue tax or social security contributions under the laws of the country of establishment; or if awarding the contract would breach an international or Estonian government sanction.

The bidder or its subcontractor must have performed at least two lifting-equipment work contracts during the three years preceding publication of the procurement notice. Each contract must have had a value of at least EUR 10,000. The bidder must submit a list of these contracts, including the contract period, value, contracting partner’s name, and the name and contact details of the partner’s contact person, including telephone number and email address. The bid must include the required participation application using Form I, a description of the proposed service with confirmation of spare-parts availability, and the completed Form II containing all required unit prices and the total price. The bid must be unconditional and must confirm compliance with all tender-document requirements. The total amount entered in the procurement system is used for comparison and identifying the successful bidder; the contract will be concluded on the basis of the unit prices in Form II.
