The bidder must confirm that it is entitled to submit a tender and is not subject to the restriction based on the company’s place of establishment or residence set out in the tender documents. The bidder must also confirm that, during contract performance, it will not use subcontractors or suppliers for more than 10% of the contract value where they are Russian Federation nationals, residents or entities established in the Russian Federation, entities directly or indirectly more than 50% owned by such persons or entities, or representatives or persons acting on their instructions. The goods offered must not be subject to international sanctions or originate from a region under sanctions. A tender that does not comply with these requirements may be rejected.
