Design and construction of a bus shelter for Klooga Lodijärve School

The bidder may be excluded if the company, its management or supervisory body member, representative or controller has a relevant final criminal conviction within the last five years, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism-related offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, or the unlawful use of child labour or other forms of human trafficking. Exclusion may also apply for unpaid taxes or social security contributions, allowing illegal employment of foreign nationals, or if awarding the contract would breach an international or Estonian sanction. The bidder must provide the required declarations and, where applicable, supporting evidence. Where permitted, the bidder may provide evidence of measures taken to restore its reliability. The tender must not concern goods subject to international sanctions or originating from sanctioned regions.

The bidder must be registered in the commercial register or provide an acceptable explanation and evidence where registration is not required. The bidder must have achieved a specific turnover of at least EUR 25,000 in the road construction field during the last three financial years. The bidder must hold a valid economic activity notice in the economic activities register for the activity "construction", activity type "road". The bidder must submit a compliant tender using the required form and price structure, and conditional tenders are not allowed. Joint bidders must appoint an authorised representative and submit the relevant authorisation. The bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents. If an equivalent product, service or construction solution is offered, the equivalence must be explained and the required supporting evidence submitted. The tender must also include the required confirmation concerning international sanctions.
