Procurement of audiovisual equipment for the new headquarters building of Oeiras Municipal Council

Summary

Oeiras Municipality is procuring audiovisual equipment for its new municipal headquarters building, the Oeiras Municipal Forum. The single, unloted procurement covers supply and installation of emergency-call and public-address systems, digital displays, queue-ticket dispensers and kiosks, and audiovisual, meeting-room and videoconferencing systems, together with associated cabling, construction support, configuration and testing. The equipment will be installed across the new building over a contract period of up to 18 months; the maximum price is EUR 2,469,481.91 excluding VAT.
