Multimedia equipment supply

Summary

The procurement covers multimedia equipment in three lots: (1) projectors and other projection equipment, (2) sound reinforcement equipment, a photography kit and microphones, and (3) a projection screen and projector. Bids may be submitted for any one or several lots. Delivery is due within 14 calendar days of signing the contract; a shorter delivery period may be offered and is scored separately. The minimum warranty is 24 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%), delivery time (20%) and warranty duration (20%): delivery within 7 days earns 20 points, within 10 days 10 points, and within 14 days 0 points; a 36-month warranty earns 20 points and a 24-month warranty earns 0 points. The deadline for submitting bids is 9 October 2026 at 09:00. The equipment must meet the tender’s technical requirements, have the required approvals and quality marks, and be authorised for sale in Poland. If equivalent products are offered, evidence of equivalence must be included.
