Braga Local Health Unit is procuring multiplex PCR reagents and the placement of testing equipment under a reagent-consumption arrangement for a 36-month period. The single, unloted procurement covers estimated supplies of 900 meningitis and encephalitis panels for cerebrospinal fluid, 720 panels for positive blood cultures, 540 pneumonia panels for sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage, and 180 panels for osteoarticular infections using synovial fluid.
