Purchase and Phased Delivery of Vaccines for Nadarzyn Medical Centre
Summary
The tender covers the purchase and phased delivery of vaccines for Nadarzyn Medical Centre in 26 lots, for different age groups. The lots include, among others, pneumococcal, meningococcal, influenza, HPV, hepatitis, measles-mumps-rubella, varicella, tick-borne encephalitis, typhoid, and diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis and poliomyelitis vaccines. Bidders may submit offers for any number of lots. Estimated quantities range from 5 to 500 doses per lot. The contracting authority undertakes to purchase at least 80% of the estimated quantity for lots 1–14 and 16–26, and at least 60% for lot 15; it may also order up to 10% more. Delivery runs for nine months for most lots, 30 days for lot 15, and, for lot 24, starts on 24 November 2026 and continues for nine months. Partial orders must be delivered at the supplier’s expense within three days. Vaccines must be authorised for sale in Poland and supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging with Polish labelling and a patient leaflet; shelf life must generally be at least 12 months from delivery. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and payment period (40%), with a choice of 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. Bidders must hold the required pharmaceutical wholesale or manufacturing and wholesale authorisations. Offers must be submitted electronically with the required forms, price schedule and declarations concerning exclusion grounds and participation requirements.
