Supply of Medical and Rehabilitation Equipment
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of medical and rehabilitation equipment to the care and treatment facility and inpatient hospice in Curyn. Items include emergency and procedure kits, measuring devices, electric rehabilitation beds and mattresses, oxygen concentrators, medical suction units, an infusion pump, wheelchairs, patient lifts, and mobility and patient-transfer aids. The tender documents’ equipment schedule sets out the full list, quantities and minimum technical specifications. The bidder must supply new, unused equipment authorised for use in healthcare facilities, deliver it to the premises, carry it inside, and assemble, install and commission items as required. The supplier must provide the Polish-language documents needed to use the equipment, provide free authorised warranty service, and train staff in operation, maintenance and safety. Delivery is due within three months of signing the contract. Equivalent products are permitted if they meet all the required parameters. There are no turnover, experience, staffing or financial-capacity eligibility conditions. The bid must include the bid form and an equipment schedule stating the product names, quantities, net unit prices, VAT and the proposed product’s brand, model or type. The schedule must be submitted both in editable format and as a signed PDF. The required declarations concerning exclusion grounds and Ukraine-related restrictive measures must also be included; each member of a joint bidding group submits its own declarations. No security is required. Evaluation weights are price 60%, warranty and liability period 35%, and social-economy-entity status 5%. The warranty and liability period must be at least 36 months and may be offered for up to 60 months.
