Supply of environmental monitoring materials for peacekeeping operations

Summary

This single-lot procurement covers supplies and reagents for the Spanish Army’s environmental-control laboratories in operational areas. The goods include waste bags and containers, water-sampling bottles, microbiological test plates and reagents, water-chemistry test kits, colorimetric tubes for measuring gases and hydrocarbons, and other laboratory consumables. The estimated value is EUR 49,657 excluding VAT and EUR 60,084.97 including VAT. Deliveries must be staggered during the contract period and completed by 30 November 2026 at the UALSAN medicines warehouse in Madrid; transport and unloading are the supplier’s responsibility. Bids are evaluated on the discount offered (70 points) and delivery time (30 points). Bidders must be registered in ROLECE and submit the required declarations, bid and technical product documentation, including evidence validating compliance with the technical requirements. Products must meet the technical, quality, shelf-life and REACH requirements.
