Operational Control Services

Summary

Instituto de Informática, IP is procuring operational control services for Portugal’s Social Security Information System for 28 months, covering the 2027–2029 period. The work includes incident and service-request management, continuous monitoring of systems and applications, operational checks and procedures, backup and file-transfer checks, dashboard updates, automation, documentation and support for operational projects. The contract provides for a total of up to 63,168 hours across operational manager, advanced operator and standard operator profiles, including 24/7/365 shift coverage by standard operators; it is a single-lot procurement with a maximum base value of EUR 1,751,456 excluding VAT.
