Enhancement of the e-Deklaracje software, with maintenance and support

Summary

The Financial Ombudsman is procuring the design, development, testing and deployment of six functional changes to its e-Deklaracje system, together with system maintenance and support. The changes cover data-edit history, two-step declaration deletion, WCAG 2.2 accessibility improvements, a notice about late declarations, an annual declaration-arrears report, and PDF attachment management on entity records. Maintenance will run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028; the system enhancements must be completed by 18 December 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots.
