SaaS weather intelligence and natural-hazard risk management solution for railway operations

Summary

RENFE-Operadora is seeking a web-based SaaS solution for railway operations that brings together weather and geospatial data and supports monitoring, analysis and operational decisions concerning weather and natural-hazard risks. The solution must include weather observation and forecasting, mapping of railway assets, alerts and automated notifications, historical data analysis, and wildfire and flood simulation. The contract covers subscriptions, configuration and launch, data feeds, required integrations, hosting, maintenance, support, specialist advice and training; at least 15 users must be provided. The service will run for 24 months, and full configuration and deployment must be completed within three months after RENFE supplies the necessary data and access. The maximum bid price is EUR 130,000 excluding VAT. Bids will be evaluated on technical quality (60%) and price (40%), and the technical proposal must score at least 30 points.
