Category B driving courses and examinations for participants in the “Młodzi na PLUS” project

Summary

The contract covers organising and delivering category B driving courses and paying for each participant’s state theory and practical driving examinations, for up to two attempts. The courses are for participants aged 18–25 in the “Młodzi na PLUS” project and are divided into eight lots: up to 3 participants in Rzeszów, 7 in Dębica, 3 in Przemyśl, 3 in Jarosław, 4 in Krosno, 4 in Sanok, 5 in Tarnobrzeg and 5 in Stalowa Wola, for a maximum total of 34. Each course must include at least 30 theory teaching hours of 45 minutes each and 30 clock hours of practical driving instruction. The contractor must arrange and pay for medical examinations, help participants obtain their candidate-driver profiles, conduct an internal examination and cover the cost of the state examinations. The courses and examinations must be completed within 90 days of contract signature. Bidders must hold a valid entry in the register of businesses operating driver training centres and an active entry in the Development Services Database (BUR) throughout contract performance. Bids are scored on price (60%), additional practical driving hours (30%) and social aspects (10%). One, two or at least three additional hours earn 10, 20 or 30 points respectively. Social criterion points are available for committing to employ at least one person from a disadvantaged group specified in the tender documents. To participate, bidders must submit the bid form and a declaration confirming eligibility and absence of exclusion grounds.
