Development of the MAPTur platform architecture and prototype

Summary

The contract covers development of the architecture and creation of a limited, working prototype of an information platform for monitoring, analysing and forecasting tourism in Poland under the MAPTur project. The work includes a technical concept for acquiring and storing data, high-level architecture documentation, and a prototype integrating at least three representative data sources, including at least one source of data from a telecommunications operator. The contractor must provide documentation, source code, configuration and tests, as well as support. Tasks 1 and 2 are due by 30 October 2026, and Task 3 by 10 December 2026. The evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to the period of free support for correcting prototype defects. Support must last at least 14 days; 30 days or at least 60 days may be offered for additional evaluation points. The tender submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Tenderers must demonstrate the required prior experience and provide a technical team covering five roles. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and include the required declaration on absence of exclusion grounds and fulfilment of participation conditions.
