Rehabilitation, education and social activation services under the Social Bonus 2026 project

Summary

The Municipality of Wleń is procuring social services in health rehabilitation, prevention, education, social activation and integration under the Social Bonus 2026 project. Over 13 months, the planned activities include individual rehabilitation support for approximately 20 people per month, including rehabilitation treatments and two consultations with a doctor or physiotherapist; weekly exercise, Nordic walking and general fitness sessions for a group of 10; and two monthly health-education and social-integration meetings, with refreshments and time for participants to socialise. The quantities may change depending on the funding received, and the contract runs from signature until 15 December 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots.
