Supply of New Computer Sets, Laptops, Multifunction Devices, Multimedia Equipment and a 3D Printer

Summary

The procurement is divided into three lots and covers the supply of new computer equipment, multimedia equipment and a 3D printer to Mechanical School No. 2 in Bydgoszcz. Lot I comprises 6 desktop computer sets, 6 laptops and 2 multifunction devices. Lot II comprises 3 interactive displays, 1 display stand, 2 projectors and 1 projection screen. Lot III comprises 1 3D printer. The contractor must deliver, install, configure and commission the equipment, provide Polish-language user and technical documents, demonstrate compliance through testing and provide user instruction. All equipment must be new and unused. Detailed specifications depend on the lot; for example, the 3D printer must have a build area of at least 350 × 320 × 325 mm, a manufacturer-declared maximum print speed of at least 600 mm/s, two nozzles, and automatic material management and filament drying. The minimum warranty is two years. The bid price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%: a warranty of at least 2 years but less than 2.5 years earns no warranty points; at least 2.5 years but less than 3 years earns 20 points; and at least 3 years earns 40 points. The contract must be completed within 10 working days of signing. The tender documents state that bids are due by 11:00 on 13 October 2026. Subcontracting is not permitted under the tender conditions, and the contractor must personally perform the key tasks.
