Cleaning services for rooms, circulation areas and grounds at the Ostrołęka court buildings

Summary

The Ostrołęka District Court is procuring cleaning and upkeep services for two court locations for 14 months, starting no later than 1 December 2026. Lot I covers the building and adjacent areas at 3 Mazowiecka Street, including approximately 3,319.8 m² of usable floor area, the car park and grounds. Lot II covers the building and adjacent areas at 10 General Józef Bema Square, including approximately 434.6 m² of usable floor area. The services include routine and periodic cleaning of rooms and circulation areas, window and surface cleaning, waste handling, outdoor-area maintenance, snow removal and de-icing.
