Supply of sports and animation equipment to educational establishments in Miedźna

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of sports, movement and animation equipment, theatrical and dance accessories, puppets and costumes, and light-based sensory aids for educational establishments in Miedźna. It is divided into three lots: dance and theatre accessories, puppets and costumes; animation and sports equipment; and light-based aids. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must price and offer the complete scope of each selected lot. Products must be new, compliant and, where required, CE-marked. The supplier must arrange delivery, unloading, installation and commissioning at its own expense and risk, and deliver the complete order within 7 working days of contract signature. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%); the warranty must be at least 24 months, with longer periods earning more points.
