Supply of IT Equipment, Multimedia Equipment and a Terminal Laboratory for an Education Project in the Municipality of Ogrodzieniec

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of IT equipment, multimedia equipment and a computer terminal laboratory for an education project in the municipality of Ogrodzieniec. It is divided into four parts: an IT terminal laboratory, educational VR systems, an interactive display, and computer and office equipment. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all parts. Equipment must be new, complete, ready for use and compliant with the specifications for the relevant part. Delivery includes installation and configuration where required; for Part 1, the terminal laboratory must be fully implemented and integrated with the existing infrastructure, and staff must receive at least five hours of on-site training. The standard warranty is 24 months, the server warranty is 36 months, and warranties for time-limited licences or subscriptions correspond to their validity periods. Delivery is due within 60 days after contract signature for Part 1 and within 30 days for Parts 2–4. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 October 2026 at 12:00. No bid security is required.
