Reconstruction of the Linki Village Community Centre

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of the village community centre in Linki, in the Municipality of Małdyty. The work includes enlarging the main hall, adapting the building and toilet facilities for people with disabilities, and improving the building’s energy efficiency. The contractor must carry out the construction and electrical, water-supply, sewage and sanitary works required by the design and technical documents, procure the necessary materials, provide surveying services, restore the site after the works, and deliver as-built and quality documentation. Bids must cover the entire contract; lots and variant bids are not permitted. The works are to be completed within seven months of contract signature. The documents give conflicting final dates of 31 May 2026 and 31 May 2027, so the correct deadline should be verified with the contracting authority. Bidders must demonstrate proper completion within the previous five years of at least two building construction, reconstruction or renovation projects, each worth at least PLN 250,000 gross, and provide a construction works manager qualified in structural and building works who will also act as site manager. A PLN 4,000 bid security and a warranty of at least 60 months are required. Price is the sole award criterion. The works are paid for as a fixed lump sum. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 20 October 2026.
