Street lighting modernisation in Podegrodzie Municipality on a design-and-build basis

Summary

The contract covers the design and modernisation of street lighting in Podegrodzie Municipality on a design-and-build basis. The contractor must replace 88 existing discharge luminaires with LED fittings, upgrade controls in designated lighting cabinets and enable remote control at 25 points. The work also includes installing 8 local astronomical timers and integrating 5 new LED fittings with the existing radio-control system. The scope includes surveying, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation and user training. The works must be completed within 6 weeks, or 42 calendar days, of signing the contract. A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee is required. The warranty and liability period must be at least 60 months; periods up to 72 months are evaluated. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and the warranty and liability period (40%).
