Restoring the Former Glory of the Lutosławski Manor – Stage V
Summary
The tender covers the supply and installation of new doors in the historic Lutosławski manor building. The work includes carefully removing the existing doors and frames, surveying and preparing the openings, installing the new doors, restoring finishes, adjusting and testing the doors, and handing over the required documentation. Wooden doors must preserve the building’s historic appearance; fire- and smoke-resistant door sets must meet the specified classifications, supported by documentary evidence. The tender documents include, among other items, single- and double-leaf doors in EI 30 and EI 60 classes, four EI 30 doors for a staircase, five historic doors without a fire-resistance requirement, and one steel fire door for the basement. Exact dimensions and configurations are given in the technical specification. The work must be completed by 23 December 2026. The contract is not divided into lots, and variants are not permitted. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40: the minimum warranty is 36 months, while no more than 60 months is scored. The contractor must comply with heritage-protection, workplace-safety, accessibility and environmental requirements and keep the work area orderly. No separate financial, economic, technical or professional capacity thresholds have been set for participation. Bids must be submitted in Polish, electronically signed, with the required declarations; during contract performance, the contractor must maintain liability insurance with minimum cover of PLN 100,000. The bid submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 11:00.
