Supply of computer, server, peripheral and digitisation equipment to the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw
Summary
The Polish Army Museum in Warsaw is procuring computers and monitors, printers and other digitisation equipment, servers, and network equipment in three lots. All equipment must be new and unused. Bids must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents and include the necessary accessories, licences and cabling. The contract also includes, where required, delivery, installation, connection, configuration and commissioning of the equipment. Lot 1 covers 17 laptop sets, 5 desktop computer sets and 10 laptop sets with docking stations. Lot 2 includes office multifunction printers, A3/SRA3 and A4 colour multifunction printers, an automatic cutting and creasing plotter, thermal-transfer label printers and wireless barcode scanners. Lot 3 covers one rack server, two NAS servers with 12 drives each, and 30 Wi-Fi 7 access points with PoE+ injectors. Bids are due by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Delivery and commissioning must be completed within three weeks of contract signature and no later than 27 November 2026; a two-week delivery commitment earns additional evaluation points. The award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (35%) and delivery time (5%). A PLN 3,300 tender guarantee is required for each lot bid for. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
