Comprehensive energy-efficiency upgrade of the volunteer fire station building in Chełm Śląski

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive reconstruction and energy-efficiency upgrade of the volunteer fire station building in Chełm Śląski, including sanitary and electrical works and technical infrastructure. The works include external and foundation-wall insulation, replacement of the roof covering, windows and doors, interior finishing and floor repairs, improvements to the outdoor area and stairs, and construction of an accessible ramp. The contractor must install or renew hot- and cold-water supply, sewerage, central heating, mechanical ventilation including exhaust-fume extraction, air conditioning, high- and low-voltage electrical systems, photovoltaic panels with energy storage, and lightning protection. The station must remain operational during construction, so the work sequence and disruption must be coordinated with its activities and a works and financial schedule submitted for approval. The completion deadline is 29 October 2027. Within the previous five years, the bidder must have completed at least one building renovation or reconstruction project worth at least PLN 800,000, including internal electrical and sanitary installations, and one building external-insulation project combined with roof-covering renovation worth at least PLN 600,000. The required team comprises three suitably qualified managers: a construction manager and managers for electrical and sanitary installation works. The tender must include declarations on qualification and exclusion grounds, and a PLN 20,000 tender guarantee is required. Price is the sole award criterion. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price. Partial and variant tenders are not allowed.
