Winter maintenance of local roads in Koszyce Małe, Koszyce Wielkie and Błonie, 2026/2027 winter season – Group IV

The procurement covers winter maintenance of municipal roads in Group IV of the Tarnów municipality for the 2026/2027 winter season, in Koszyce Małe, Koszyce Wielkie and Błonie. The work includes snow removal, treatment of winter slipperiness with salt and sand, procuring and storing anti-skid materials, and loading them onto spreaders. The planned contract period is 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, with a maximum contract value of PLN 190,000 including VAT. Anti-skid treatment will generally use a mixture of 70% washed river sand and 30% salt; coarser material may be used only with the contracting authority’s consent or at its explicit request. The bidder must have at least 3 suitable 4x4 vehicles equipped with ploughs and spreaders, and at least 3 drivers with the appropriate driving licences and equipment-operating knowledge. Work must be ready to start within 2 hours of being called out; the evaluation also considers how quickly additional equipment with an operator can be deployed. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the deployment time for additional equipment accounts for 40%. Required declarations must accompany the offer; equipment and personnel lists will be requested from the highest-ranked bidder. Drivers performing the physical road-maintenance work must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period.
