Construction of generator-backed emergency power installations for public buildings

Summary

This procurement comprises 11 lots of construction work to install generator-backed emergency power systems in public buildings in the Borzęcin municipality, including schools, a kindergarten, a cultural centre, a rehabilitation and social assistance centre, a village community centre and volunteer fire brigade buildings. The works include adapting existing electrical installations for generator supply and installing generator connection points; some buildings also require underground cable networks and alterations to dynamic compensator installations. Bids may cover one or more lots, up to all 11. The work must be completed within 30 days of contract signature and no later than 8 December 2026, whichever comes first. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the offered warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum period counted for scoring is 60 months. To participate, a bidder must demonstrate that it completed at least one building electrical-installation construction project during the previous five years and must have at least one suitably qualified works manager for electrical and power installations. The bid must include the completed offer form, a priced bill of quantities and the required declarations. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price before signing the contract. Workers performing the specified activities, other than management staff, must be employed under employment contracts where the nature of the work requires this, and the worker list must be submitted within five days after contract signature.
