Repair of municipal roads in Przemęczany and Przemęczanki

Summary

The procurement covers repairs to two municipal roads in Radziemice municipality: the Wola Gruszowska–Wola Lelowice road in Przemęczany, from km 0+000 to km 0+550, and the Przemęczanki–Szarawara road in Przemęczanki, from km 0+000 to km 0+300. The works must follow the project documentation, bills of quantities and technical specifications. The contractor must manage traffic, keep roads and paths passable, secure the work areas, and tidy them after each working day and upon completion. The works must be completed by 11 December 2026. The bid must include priced estimate(s), with VAT and all associated costs included. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least three years. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 2% of the bid price before signing the contract. Workers performing manual tasks must be employed under employment contracts. To participate, a bidder must demonstrate the required experience in asphalt-road construction or reconstruction and provide a works manager with the required road-engineering qualifications, as well as the declarations concerning exclusion grounds and selection requirements.
