Reconstruction of Lipowa and Bukowa Streets in Łask

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of Lipowa and Bukowa Streets in Łask. The works include building a one-sided concrete-block pavement footway and constructing or rebuilding individual and public access driveways; replacing kerbs along both sides of the asphalt carriageway; adjusting surface drainage and levels; restoring greenery; and adding traffic-management and road-safety features. The scope also includes necessary site preparation, earthworks and demolition, as well as planting one replacement tree. Existing asphalt surfaces and tree roots must be protected from damage. The works must be completed within six months of signing the contract. The bid must include a fixed total price covering the full scope and a warranty of 60 to 72 months; price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the evaluation score. A PLN 9,000 tender guarantee must be provided before the bid submission deadline. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. To participate, the bidder must have completed at least two construction works involving concrete block paving, each covering at least 1,500 m², during the previous five years, and provide a roadworks construction manager with the required qualifications. The bid must include the required declarations; separate qualification evidence is not required with the bid. Workers performing construction work and construction-equipment operators generally must be employed under employment contracts. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and partial bids are not permitted.
