Manual cleaning of green areas, slopes, pavements and car parks by region

Summary

The City of Gliwice is procuring manual cleaning services for green areas, slopes, pavements and car parks in four regions. The work includes collecting municipal waste, including animal excrement and bagged waste, and transporting it to a waste treatment facility. Routine cleaning is required every Monday and Thursday from 6:00 to 14:00, including public holidays. Designated areas in Region 2 follow the same schedule, while designated areas in Region 3 must be cleaned daily from 6:00 to 8:00. When snow covers most of the areas, waste accumulated on the snow must also be removed. The service will run for 12 months, but not before 1 February 2027. The procurement is divided into four regional lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for only one lot. Cleaners and drivers of waste collection vehicles must be employed under employment contracts.
