Thermal modernisation of the village community centre in Gruszków

Summary

The contract covers energy-efficiency improvements and associated construction works at the village community centre in Gruszków. The works include strengthening the foundations and installing damp-proofing with perimeter drainage and rainwater disposal; insulating the walls and ceiling and applying new plaster and finishes; altering door and wall openings; demolishing some internal walls and levelling parts of the floors. The contractor must also install ventilation and a heat-pump heating system, upgrade lightning protection, clean the well and part of the roof, and restore the surrounding grounds. Construction of an entrance vestibule is excluded. The works must be completed within 50 days of signing the contract. A mandatory site visit on 14 or 15 October 2026, between 09:00 and 12:00, is a condition for submitting a bid; registration was due by 08:30 on 14 October. Bidders must provide a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee, hold at least PLN 200,000 in relevant third-party liability insurance, meet the construction-manager and past-project requirements, and provide at least two workers employed under employment contracts. The minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 36 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defects-liability period for 40%. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price.
