Construction of the internal road on Wspólna Street in Sędziszów

Summary

The contract covers construction of a 216-metre internal road on Wspólna Street in Sędziszów. The works include a 3.5-metre-wide asphalt surface, paved shoulders on both sides, and stormwater drainage using three soakaway wells, infiltration drainage and street inlets. The works must allow people with disabilities to move freely and safely. All manual workers directly involved in the construction works must be employed under employment contracts throughout contract performance; the requirement also applies accordingly to subcontractors’ workers. The bidder must confirm at least one road construction, reconstruction, extension or renovation project completed under a single contract during the last five years, worth at least PLN 350,000 gross, and identify a site manager authorised for road works who has managed a completed project of that type and value. The offer must provide for a quality guarantee of at least 36 months; a longer guarantee earns additional evaluation points. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the guarantee period for 40%. The works must be completed within eight months of contract signature and no later than 30 June 2027. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid price, a detailed cost estimate and evidence of civil liability insurance related to construction works with coverage of at least the bid price.
