Recurring supply of office and paper goods to the Supreme Court

Summary

The tender covers the recurring supply of office and paper goods to the Supreme Court of Poland, including paper, writing and stationery supplies, envelopes, filing products, office equipment and cleaning products. Deliveries will be made against orders over 12 months, but not before 25 October 2026; the contracting authority guarantees orders with a total value of at least 70% of the contract’s maximum gross remuneration. The bid must cover the entire procurement, and each order must be delivered within the bidder’s chosen period of 2–6 working days from receipt. Bids are evaluated on price (80 points) and the delivery time for individual orders (20 points). To qualify, a bidder must demonstrate at least two office- and paper-goods supply contracts meeting the specified value threshold during the preceding three years. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide evidence of valid liability insurance of at least PLN 50,000.
