Construction of household wastewater treatment plants in Wysokie Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers design and construction of 57 household wastewater treatment plants and one plant for the public-use building housing the volunteer fire brigade and senior citizens’ club in Dragany. The contractor must procure and install the equipment, connect the pipework, drainage, ventilation and electrical supply, carry out commissioning and operational tests, and provide as-built documentation and a geodetic survey. The contractor must also train each user individually and provide operating and maintenance instructions. The plants must comply with PN-EN 12566-3+A2:2013 or an equivalent standard; the required compliance evidence and equipment documentation must accompany the bid. The works must be completed within 10 months of contract signature. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months, and any offer exceeding 60 months is scored as 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid’s total gross price, including VAT, before signing the contract.
