Construction of a hospital emergency water intake, treatment station and water-system connection

Summary

The contract covers construction of an emergency water intake for the hospital in Międzyrzec Podlaski, including a water treatment station, technical infrastructure and connection to the hospital’s internal water system. The work includes drilling a water well, installing a containerised water treatment station, building water pipework, and installing and commissioning the water intake equipment. Hospital operations must continue, so the work must be coordinated with the hospital’s technical staff. This is one indivisible construction contract, to be completed within 70 days of signing. The bidder must demonstrate experience in at least one qualifying water-intake construction or reconstruction project and provide a works manager with the required qualifications. The bid must include declarations covering compliance with participation conditions and the absence of exclusion grounds. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the additional warranty period for 40%; the base warranty is 60 months for construction work and 24 months for supplied and installed materials and equipment. Bidders may offer up to 20 additional months of warranty. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 and a tender cost estimate. The stated bid submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 11:00.
