Construction of cycle routes and a Park & Ride facility in the Municipality of Police – Tasks 2 and 12

Summary

The procurement covers two separate tasks in the Municipality of Police. Task 1 is to design and build approximately 0.9 km of cycle and pedestrian route along Wyszyńskiego Street, from Piłsudskiego Street to beyond the Piaskowa Street junction, and obtain the required approvals and occupancy permit. The delivery period is 14 months from contract signature. Task 2 is to construct a Park & Ride facility on Wkrzańska Street with associated infrastructure, stormwater retention tanks, a retaining wall, electrical and sanitary works, and landscaping. It also includes arranging traffic management and maintaining the greenery for three years. The delivery period is 12 months from contract signature, and the works include replacing soil across the entire parking area. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both tasks and must demonstrate the relevant experience and availability of qualified specialists for each task. The offer must include the required declarations and the applicable bid guarantee: PLN 10,000 for Task 1 or PLN 40,000 for Task 2. The successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total offer price. Staff performing administrative and office duties, physical construction, assembly or demolition work, and construction machinery operation must be employed under employment contracts. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and the quality-guarantee and defects-liability period for the construction works (40%); the period must be at least 36 months, and up to 60 months is considered in the evaluation.
