Repair of water-control structures in Gołuchów Municipality under the water protection programme

Summary

The contract covers a complete design-and-build solution to repair five water-control structures in Gołuchów Municipality: three on the Giszka watercourse at kilometre points 0+480, 4+100 and 7+500, and two on the Trzemna (Ciemna) watercourse at kilometre points 3+921 and 9+120. The work includes preparing complete design documentation, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, carrying out the construction and installation works in accordance with the documentation, testing, and providing as-built records. The completion deadline is 2 August 2027. The tenderer must have at least one qualifying hydraulic engineering reference worth at least PLN 200,000, completed within the last five years, and provide a construction manager and designer with relevant hydraulic engineering qualifications. The bid must include the required declarations and PLN 8,000 bid security. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide liability insurance with cover of at least PLN 500,000 and performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price. Construction workers and other manual workers must generally be employed under employment contracts. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the construction works warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, and the permitted options are 36, 48 or 60 months.
