Repair of municipal roads in Charsznica in four lots

Summary

The tender covers repair works on four municipal roads in Charsznica, as part of efforts to remedy the consequences of events bearing the characteristics of natural disasters. Bids may cover one or more lots: (1) road No. 140022K Charsznica Wieś–Podswojczanie in the Uniejów–Parcela and Charsznica areas, km 0+480–1+220; (2) road No. 140003K Charsznica–Brzeski in Charsznica, km 0+002–0+451; (3) road No. 140055K Tczyca–Sołtyśnica in Tczyca, km 0+000–1+575; and (4) road No. 140075K Wierzbie–Jeżówka in the Wierzbie area, km 0+000–0+085 and km 0+510–1+036. The works comprise road repair and related construction and site-preparation works, with the detailed scope defined in the design, technical specifications and bill of quantities. The works must be completed within 40 days of signing the contract and no later than 15 December 2026. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and extended quality-warranty duration (40%); a warranty of at least 36 months is mandatory, while 48 or 60 months earns additional points. Bidders must demonstrate relevant previous road-works experience and provide a road-qualified construction manager. The bid must include the price offer and the cost estimate for each relevant lot, and the required bid security: PLN 4,000 for Lot 1, PLN 2,500 for Lot 2, PLN 7,000 for Lot 3 and PLN 3,000 for Lot 4. Manual workers directly involved in the construction works must be employed under employment contracts throughout the works, and the works must be organised to ensure safe and unobstructed movement for people with disabilities.
