Repair and reconstruction of the municipal building at 215 Krasickiego Street in Nowa Wola – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers the first stage of renovation and reconstruction works on the roof of the municipal community-centre building at 215 Krasickiego Street in Nowa Wola. The work includes removing the existing asbestos-cement and sheet-metal roofing, flashings, gutters and downpipes, and transporting and disposing of the waste; repairing parts of the roof structure; building new reinforced-concrete ring beams; and installing the timber roof structure, roof boarding, waterproofing and zinc-coated steel standing-seam roofing. The contractor must also install new rainwater drainage and insulate the roof space with 15 cm mineral wool, with a fire-resistant plasterboard lining. The building will remain in use during the works, so safe access to areas outside the renovation must be maintained. The works must be completed by 2 December 2026. The bidder must have completed at least two general building renovation projects during the previous five years, each worth at least PLN 300,000 gross, and must provide a construction works manager authorised in the structural and building specialty. No specific minimum financial capacity is required. The bid must include the required declarations, price and a warranty period of 36 to 72 months; price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 10%. Workers carrying out demolition, carpentry and structural work must be employed full-time under employment contracts. Before the contract is signed, the successful bidder must provide a list of those workers, evidence of insurance contributions and a civil liability insurance policy for the business.
