Supply of medicines

Summary

The tender is for the supply of medicines to the independent public healthcare facility in Augustów. Medicines must be delivered, including unloading, in successive deliveries over 12 months from the start of contract performance, but not before 2 December 2026. The detailed assortment and estimated quantities are set out in the tender’s price form. The procurement is divided into 15 lots; bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but must cover the full scope of each lot bid for. Medicines must be authorised for marketing and use, and must have at least six months of shelf life remaining on delivery unless the purchaser approves a shorter period. Quantities may vary according to actual needs, and the purchaser undertakes to buy at least 50% of the procurement volume. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, with the offer form, assortment and price form, and required declarations.
