Supply of diagnostic kits, hernia meshes and laparoscopic accessories

Summary

The tender covers four lots of medical diagnostic products, hernia meshes and accessories for laparoscopic equipment for a hospital in Proszowice. Lot 1 comprises rapid diagnostic tests and laboratory reagents, including tests for drugs, HIV, syphilis, mononucleosis, occult blood and Helicobacter pylori. Lots 2 and 3 cover sterile hernia meshes in various sizes and specifications; Lot 3 also includes skin staplers, staple-removal kits and other surgical supplies. Lot 4 covers accessories for the hospital’s existing Einstein Vision 3.0 laparoscopic system, including optics, tubing, filters, trocars and surgical instruments. Deliveries will be made periodically against orders for 24 months from contract signature for Lots 1–3 and 36 months for Lot 4. Orders for Lots 1–3 generally must be fulfilled within three working days; an order received after 12:00 is treated as received at 08:00 on the next working day. Bids may cover one or more lots. For Lot 1, price accounts for 60% and functional parameters for 40% of the evaluation; for Lots 2–4, price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, with prices in Polish zloty including VAT. The submission deadline is 6 October 2026 at 11:30. A manufacturer’s declaration of conformity is required, as are a notified body’s CE certificate for relevant medical devices and the bidder’s statement that the products have been lawfully placed on the market. Payment is due within 60 days of invoice issuance.
