Installation of gas systems in two multi-apartment residential buildings

Summary

The tender is for constructing gas installations in two multi-apartment residential buildings with ground-floor commercial premises at Włókiennicza 1 in Łódź. The work includes installing gas pipework and connections to two commercial units, fitting gas-meter cabinets (supplied by the contracting authority), valves and meter connection bars, replacing the main connection cabinet, making fire-resistant wall penetrations, carrying out tightness tests, preparing handover and as-built documentation, obtaining acceptance, and cleaning and painting the pipework twice for corrosion protection. The installation must use, among other things, seamless black steel pipes to PN-80/H-7419, with welded pipe joints. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed gas-installation construction project worth at least PLN 20,000 gross, completed within the last five years, and provide at least one works manager with the required unrestricted construction qualifications. Workers carrying out direct physical construction activities must generally be employed under employment contracts. Bids are evaluated on price (80%) and warranty (20%): the minimum warranty is 6 years, 7 years earns 10 points, and 8 years or more earns 20 points. The performance security is 5% of the total bid price. Bids must be submitted by 9:30 a.m. on 19 October 2026.
