Renovation of sanitary facilities with replacement of equipment and installations

Summary

The tender covers renovation of the sanitary facilities on the ground floor of the Łódzki Zakład Usług Komunalnych building in Łódź, including replacement of sanitary equipment and upgrades to the water, sewerage and central-heating systems. The works include removing existing finishes, partitions and suspended ceilings; building new partitions and plasterboard enclosures; replacing internal doors; upgrading water and sewer pipes, including the riser sections within the scope up to the connection points in the basement; replacing radiators and their connections while retaining the central-heating risers; and installing sanitary fittings, concealed WC frames, linear shower drains and mechanically assisted natural ventilation. The contractor must also install suspended ceilings, shower-area falls and waterproofing, lay wall and floor tiles supplied by the contracting authority, paint the rooms, and supply and install HPL washbasin worktops and sanitary cubicles. The contracting authority supplies the wall and floor tiles. Electrical works, separate mechanical ventilation works and the purchase of fans, cupboards, benches, mirrors and other listed fittings are excluded. The completion deadline is 21 December 2026. Work will take place in an occupied office building, and the contractor must maintain water and sewer access in the other rooms. Work is permitted Monday to Saturday, 6:00–22:00. A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer. The bidder must have properly completed at least two relevant construction contracts during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 200,000 gross. Offers are evaluated on price (80%) and warranty (20%); the warranty must be at least 4 years. The offer must include the required declarations and cost estimate. Workers carrying out direct construction work must generally be employed under employment contracts. No bid security is required, but performance security equal to 5% of the total offer price is required.
