Reconstruction of the Agricultural Access Road in Świeradów-Zdrój

Summary

The tender is for the reconstruction of approximately 150 metres of an agricultural access road in Świeradów-Zdrój, with a 3.5-metre carriageway and about 550 m² of road surface including driveways. The works include levelling the existing layers; laying two 15 cm crushed-stone layers, a 5 cm asphalt-concrete binder course and a 4 cm wearing course; forming 50 cm-wide stone aggregate shoulders; rebuilding driveways; installing two 5-metre culverts with stone headwalls; and shaping a drainage ditch. The bidder must also allow for the required documentation and approvals, traffic management, surveying supervision, waste handling, works acceptance and as-built surveying. The works must be completed by 23 November 2026. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 30%; the available warranty periods are 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. Participation requires proof of third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, a suitably qualified roadworks team, at least one comparable road project properly completed in the past five years with a gross value of at least PLN 300,000, and the relevant business and waste-transport registrations. The successful bidder must provide contract performance security equal to 4% of the gross bid price.
