Supply of a Light Fire-Fighting Vehicle

Summary

The contracting authority seeks one light fire-fighting vehicle with equipment. The vehicle must meet the minimum requirements set out in an annex to the tender documents, be new and unused, and be delivered to a location designated by the contracting authority in Dargosław no later than 30 days after the contract is signed. The supplier must give at least three days’ notice of delivery and provide warranty documents and a user manual in Polish. Technical data sheets for the vehicle and each item of equipment must be included so compliance can be checked. The warranty must be at least 24 months; a 24-month warranty earns 0 points, 36 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. Price carries a 60% weighting. The bidder must submit a declaration confirming compliance with participation conditions and the absence of exclusion grounds, and follow the electronic submission and signature requirements in the tender documents. No separate economic, financial or technical capacity criteria are set. No bid security is required.
