Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties in Mokobody Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the collection, transport and lawful management of municipal waste from residential properties in Mokobody Municipality from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The service includes mixed municipal waste and separately collected paper and cardboard, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, glass, biodegradable kitchen and garden waste, ash, textiles and clothing, and bulky waste. The contractor must ensure delivery to a treatment facility designated for the region and comply with the collection schedule, bag-based collection system, vehicle and reporting requirements set out in the tender documents. The bidder must hold the required waste-management registrations or permits and have at least five compliant vehicles. The bid must include the required forms and declarations and a PLN 11,000 bid guarantee. The award criteria are total price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); the permitted payment terms are 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. The contract runs for one year. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offer price, maintain business liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 throughout the contract, and ensure that the loader and category B and C drivers are employed under employment contracts where that employment requirement applies.
